Pandemic Haiku: Volume One

A haiku collection of our pandemic thoughts. During this time when so many are out of work, food pantries are being hit hard and schools are giving out a high number of free meals for kids. This book was inspired by a desire to help others through poetry, so all proceeds from the book will go to The Outreach Program. Based in Union, IA, The Outreach Program is a non-profit 501 (c)(3) corporation that organizes food packaging events around the country. With more than 300 million meals packaged to date, the organization’s mission is to provide food, safe water, education, and medical care to those in need at home and abroad.
